I'm happy to confirm this in writing, so long as you do the same. Commit to NOT foregoing a single payment in the short term, but agree to be excluded from when the real money comes in (in the long term).
For all of the failings of the 'old' board, you'd reckon that any reasonable person would be looking forward to what the 'new' board can do. Otherwise, like I've already asked you countless times, why are you still holding??
