As posted, one of the Russian gangsters is the most likely bridge bomber because they had access to the bridge.
The quantity of explosive rules out missiles.
The explosion appeared to come from below the bridge. 2 spans of one laneway were lifted off an undamaged pylon.
How could Ukraine have positioned tons of explosive below the bridge? A submersible? There are problems with this theory as it would have been obvious from the wreckage.
A submersible would most likely have been positioned to take out both roadways, and would have destroyed one span on each. The railway would have been a separate mission.
Also the detonation was synchronised with the fuel train passing over.
The short answer is that nobody, including Putinists can explain how Ukraine could have done it.
