I still hold half and am free carried so not fussed either way. I may have suggested a possible technical pull back to 7.5 - 8.5c, which did occur, but I never really had any great conviction to buy back until the funding is resolved.

I do wish I had bought some for a trade given SP the last few day - easy in hindsight!

I would say the market doesn't have a strong opinion either way, still range bound really and not much stock has pushed the SP up on a bit of good US news and some FOMO, and some ASD results being due, but are late, again. Maybe some sellers back in the 8's are second guessing. It is nice to see it improve though as it sets a better base for the next bits of news.... Then the cap raise, which might be at a higher price than I thought possible as early as last week which is good for all holders.

The basis of my commentary is partly to generate discussion in an otherwise quiet forum, but also, despite the strong SP movement, to comment on why it isn't trading a lot higher than I thought it could be. When I first invested, I thought 25c is where we would be today, and we would have also secured funding for P2 trials. I believe I have provided some sound reasons for us not being there, and, the current SP is probably fair all things considered - that's what the market has it valued at, so that's what it is at the end of the day.

FYI - That wasn't my point re the recreational us above, pretty sure Blackmores and Swisse and Natures Own do care about their customers health.

I had written a long note on patents in the cannabis space to support my comment, but deleted as this is the upside thread . And my ongoing research seems to just be seen as down ramping - So ill only post upside, and keep identified risks confidential ... Yep I am am being petty - that tends to come out after a couple of afternoon beverages and the filter is removed!
