Leaving “Draft” watermarks on ASX Ann’s, leaving zero’s out of Director’s Initial Interest Ann’s, Director’s selling during closed periods (multiple times), ASX suspension for for not lodging the Qtly, old dates (already slipped) cut & pasted, typos, sudden CEO departure, multiple financial advances (loans) to a director, disputes with partners (unresolved), large pay-out to a previous lender to end the agreement etc etc…
