Fact - selling some shares to service your debts is good business.
Fact - it is good business when you have 110m 2c options.
Fact - the callejas will receive another motherload of shares and oppies when they sell the Matmor IP to ESI.
Fact - they have sold ESI shares previously in the 6-7c range.
