Edge AI will be all about the numbers of neurons and synapses at the end of the day. As sensors become more sophisticated and data becomes more overwhelming to process at the edge, you need more neurons and synapses. Right now only Brainchip knows how to build more and more digital neurons and synapses in nano space and the firewall is getting bigger for other companies to access this technology...ask Intel and IBM...they have spent years and billions trying to work this out!
I don't have a crystal ball to know where AI will go but I know that Edge AI will eventually be dominated by Brainchip...no other company are announcing anything that have an advancement on the numbers of neurons and synapses...all hidden information in their books because they know they pale in comparison to Brainchip!
