I'm back in (with a preliminary holding) on the view that this material investment by GM may help QPM to cornerstone all future funding commitments. Obviously, there are still risks, and we await the level of CAPEX spending required (as per the DFS), but I think the likelihood of the TECH project becoming a reality is now more likely than not. This has de-risked QPM.
