why is oraline still on the market

Google Oraline and you come up plenty of companies still selling Oraline. There is a new instruction video on You Tube too, that I have never seen before.

How is it, that, for a company with no licensing agreements and no manufacturing facility, can still have its patented product still on the market.

Have the patents been sold on without shareholder approval ? If so who to ?
Did Jim Hallam and Mike Fitzpatrick buy the patent rights through their own US or Chinese company ?

I am still watching where these patents end up because it absolutely stunk the way everything was handled. If the product wasn't still on the market then I wouldn't be at all concerned but if it is just a massive stockpile backlog still to clear, then who is benefiting ? It's not shareholders that's for sure.

Have we been ripped off by our fellow directors or is there an honest explanation ?

Has anyone seen the product on the streets of China ?
Has anyone seen the product anywhere else ?


Lots of unanswered questions here and my guess is there are more to come.
