Giving shares the to the directors isnt how they will make decisions detrimental to the shareholders. It will be giving away 10% of shares like they did to next stellis. etc. Better they stick with real commercial criteria - like borrowing money. Issuing shares lets people take action with no consequences. While this can be good, MYX is not in the space at the moment for such an action.
