no risk entry to aly via undervalued cashbox !

Something to consider : I currently hold 60,000 ALY shares and have increased my exposure recently by increasing my stake in JRL . IMHO JRL offers great upside exposure to success by ALY with no downside risk. Below i explain my reasoning JRL:
Current Market cap = 34.3 million
Cash in bank = 33 million (cash backing =$1.00 per JRL share)
Holds 9.8 million ALY shares(15%) = $7.35 million
Holds 14 million EME shares = $9.38 million
Cash + shares in ALY +EME =$ 49.8 million = $1.54 per JRL share
Shares on issue = 33 million
Current JRL share price = $1.04 per share
so SP currently at about 65% of cash +asset backing !!
Where is the recognition of their other exploration assets ?
Where is their recognition of upside to ALY's current drilling campaign ?
Where is the downside risk ? There is NO DOWNSIDE RISK !!!!
A great alternative exposure to drilling success by ALY with no downside risk = fantastic opportunity for those holding JRL
I welcome comment on the points i have raised .
By the way as i understand it JRL plan to disperse some of their cash to loyal shareholders via an in speccie distribution of ALY shares ....that's right they are going to GIVE their shareholders FREE ALY shares . Does it get any better than that ????
