The placement is at 25c to sophisticated shareholders and is going through Patterson Securities. It was vastly over-subscribed and put away by 10a.m.
on Friday. I got about 25% of what I subscribed for. Should have applied for a
lot more and been scaled back to what I wanted, but I underestimated the demand.
