In my opinion, tabcorp should have a lower valuation then the offer last year. They should of taken the deal. Now its all pain. A major competitor has arrived, and they are well resourced. Matt Trip running Betr will give Tabcorp nightmares. Tabcorp is about to lose a lot of business.
A long, slow and painful decline awaits tabcorp.
