hartleys put fml at a 75 cent target

I sure hope Ian Parker from Hartleys is correct
This is what he has to say about Focus in The Sunday Times

Speculative buy
Focus Minerals (FML)

FML is a coolgardie-based
miner targeting 80,000 ounces
of gold production for the 2010
calendar year.
Having recently completed a
17 million refurbishment of the
Three Mile Hill plant, which saw
throughput capacity increased substantially,
we believe this target is achievable.
FML is debt and hedge free, and remains a
speculative buy as we look towards reserve
expansion.
The price target is 75c.
