having followed this stock for a few years any comment from the TFG (let alone a 3rd whatever) is pretty meaningless. These people would find it difficult to even travel safely out of mogadishu let alone to a place 1000km north that most have never seen. The only political risk I would take heed of is another change to the Puntland govt.

Mogadishu is not relevant at the moment.
