Just cross-chk'd the BRV estimates they've used for the volumetrics. That 20.3 Tcf P50 (GIIP) estimate is right, as its calculated for 77.9% of Legendre & 55.38% of the Calypso within MEO's WA360P.
The balance 22.1% of the Legendre & 44.62% of the Calypso falls in the adjacent block which makes it an interesting proposition for the neighbours.
Blurrt,
I dont know the legislation on reserves sharing when a field straddles across 2 adjacent blocks for 2 different operators, which happens 2b the case here with the resource. One would think there should b clear guidelines in place for such scenarios.
Each year WADMP releases new blocks (or acreage) & geology doesn't necessary follow man-made boundaries, its the geospatial dudes who work their magic on their GIS platforms to capture a field within a block to keep things simple.
cheers
