But bond converters can get the timing wrong if they choose not to take up 40% stake. That could be if situation will slightly decline , propertes ( 3 building ) will be sold at 5% discount to books and this guys would prefer to get the cash rather then get converted.
I hope we can see some action in the next 6-9 months in relation to preporty sale.
