A few interesting additional points from the announcement;
- SK On has the opportunity to participate in Lake’s other projects
- LKE fits well with SK On’s ESG policy
4 potential offtake partners with 2 strategic investors. Not many companies have this luxury to negotiate the best deal for LKE.
DD has been working hard to get these two new CFAs. Now it is time for Kachi demo plant commissioning update along with LILAC dispute resolution to the market. These two announcements should build confidence back and remove negativity.
