They are ramping up the property side of the business which aligns with Mark Chew's (co-founder) interests and he speaks for about 25% of the shares. Add Creative Capital, Evolution and Wavenet and you've got 51%. In assuming JP Morgan hold for the Chair that's about 56%.

I don't know who is behind the 9% held by BNP Paribas DRP Acct but no doubt it connected, so 65% in the top 9 holders from the AR.

So we go from MC $9.8m to $16m at consolidated $0.30 per share with full ownership of Stayco and the accommodation assets of Paul Picone. Plus $10m in CN exercisable in 3 to 5 years at $0.45.

I wonder who the Sophs are that are getting 22% of the CR at $0.25? I don't think it's an accident that it's structured this way. This could have been done without the sophs so someone is being allowed in at $0.05 pre consol.
