The SEC is an outlier and the Case us about securities the vast majority of other Markets have ruled XRP as a commodity/currency.
The SEC will lose the case against Ripple.
Period.
this is not a regulatory issue for Australia.
Also, NOV are rightly Rail Agnostic, it's about moving funds quickly and cheaply.
