That's based on forecast total development costs of A$145 million. Macquarie assumes Aurelia issues new shares at A$0.09 each, representing a 31% discount to Wednesday's closing price of A$0.13/share, and funds the balance of Federation's costs from cash flow. "However, debt financing or bringing on board a JV partner remains an option," says Macquarie, which has an outperform call on Aurelia's stock. ([email protected])
