One does not hear much about NCML, so I found the link below interesting, rather than important. Until CCP later acquired Baycorp, agency collection was so small that it was not even reported.
NCML was aquired from Thorn Group Australia (TGA) years ago. I understand that it has a secure collections facility in Adelaide that is, or was, accredited to collect for Government agencies, but I am unsure if it has any such business now. From memory, NCML lost the ATO account soon after TGA acquired NCML. Knowing a bit about Government contracting, I would not be surprised if NCML were constrained from reference-selling if it had Government business.
The style of the advertising interested me. It seemed to convey its message without being annoying.
I bought more CCP recently, so I have registered a "buy" sentiment.
