    Dear Shareholder

    Update on the Sydney Litigation

Videlli Limited and its subsidiary Integrated Transport Solutions Limited (ITSL) remain in dispute
with the NSW State Government - Public Transport Ticketing Corporation (PTTC) resulting from
the PTTCs decision to terminate the Sydney Ticketing Agreement (T-Card) in January 2008.
ITSLs cross claim against the PTTC is for damages arising from the actions of the PTTC
    amounting to approximately $200million.
The parties have commenced litigation and the matter is now before The Supreme Court of NSW.
In view of the Court process we are naturally unable to provide any views on the merits or the
evidence in the case. However we are able to advise Shareholders that the initial discovery phase
is substantially complete, and we are continuing to review the documents provided by the PTTC in
response to orders made by the court for production of documents.
We have been advised that it is possible that a final hearing on this matter could commence in
    March 2011.
Videlli and ITSL remain committed to ensuring that its position is properly and thoroughly
considered and that all avenues are explored in order to return value to shareholders.

    Yours sincerely,

    Colin Henson
    Chairman
