Assets are not worth anything in a sell down just look at AR1 for that $250m operating plant plus the resource 40/60 split oxide sulphide measured and indicated resource and $86million MC and I know you been around HCH and know their story well and they were down to about $80million MC also 4million indicated Cu resource and 3million indicated Au resource, Market and finance in general is just shit atm no explanations needed mortgage interest rates going through the roof domestic housing assets valued falling , do you think it's any better for commercial corporate which is an even more risky venture I think not !
