It means LDA we're used to give us total control over the project therefore paving the way for our team to go ahead and make decisions without SL interfering. LDA didn't use the full issue of shares so now they are cancelled, rather than growing our SOI by another +7 mil. short SP pain (which who cares if you're long) for a positive outcome. well played I reckon.
