Non-binding, well of course it's non-binding, who would sign a binding contract for something that doesn't exist. I agree with you that LKE makes some really stupid financial decisions. Remember when LKE was selling at 6 cents and then offered holders up to 750,000 shares for 4 cents and when LKE offered holders options at 34 cents and again at 78 cents. I bought my full allocation on each offer because let's face it, LKE can't handle money.
