Thanks rolley02. However, it shouldn't depend on what happens over in the US overnight. ASX's Continuous Disclosure rule 3.1 requires that once the entity gets hold of an information that a reasonable person would expect to have a material change in share price, it needs to inform ASX immediately.
If they already have it, it is their responsibility to release it immediately, not waiting for whatever's happening out there. That's not legal.
