So Dave admits they are economic refugees if not opportunists more interested in getting to a desirable location rather than simply escaping persecution!
So yes that is the carrot in rudd's other hand his cash hand outs and bragging about our out performance .... purchased with debt .... but I wouldn't give him credit for it.
