The SP is, and has been, OWNED by shorters for at least 4 months. The current SP has NO resemblance to the fundamental value of LKE.
Nothing to do with "value", just algos battling for that extra chip, multiplied by 140 million!! That's the current SP, the detritus of a numbers war.
One of the basic and historic factors in investing on the stock market on exploration companies is expectation, the big, long picture. Not, what a company is "worth" today, when you make the investment, but, in the expectation of what it will be worth when they go from exploration to production. That's what's NOT happening today, or the last 4 months. The historically accepted factor, expectation, is not included anywhere in today's SP.
Adding to the shorter factor, that has destroyed all the expectation factor, is the counter argument that Lake, let alone not being in production, hasn't even got a proven commercially viable production process. Thus, the shorters and lack of retail buying.
So, first step and that which would remove most of the withholding factor, is proof of concept, on site, directly from
Kachi, that the producting process IS commercially viable, and not until then, will the long term expectation factor come into effect.
But, an announcement from Lilac and Lake that the DLE IS commercially viable FROM Kachi, will have a watershed effect on the SP which will then reflect something like the expected value of Lake as a commercially viable Li PRODUCER. Today's SP will disappear into the realms of sad history, never to be seen again, together with those that have created such a grossly unrealistic picture of what Lake is REALLY worth.
Much pain to some, to follow with huge satsifaction for the true believers. Not long to wait. naysayers and their supporters are on very borrowed time, pity if they are gambling on the negative.
