Well that definitely surprised me, one of those things you read but do not take completely in.

In one of Hays initial interviews, he said the pricing was ok and could of been better?
I assume that the 50% already committed of stage 2 is at the same price structure?
~ Ganfeng got a stunning deal, I'm not complaining though ~ hopefully LLL are a bit more tougher when negotiations for the other 50% of stage 2 comes around.

The report back from you guys today did have me chuckling again re: the sterilisation drilling.
Seriously, they should buy back the neighbouring tenements for the waste rock dump site......
