Firstly, I'm not joining dots, I am finding black holes.
Secondly, by commenting that I am joining dots and highlighting ONLY one section of what I wrote you are insinuating to the readers that this is more that an investment, and comments mentioning " transperancy and reporting disclosures together with a trading bourse for investment" suggest a takeover.
However you do not explain to readers what is implied by ONLY a sales and marketing agreement.
Now, would you care to explain your viewpoint on this matter.
