    If I had a personal vendetta agains PJ I would be posting on ALL the stocks he is involved with.

    Anyway, you avoided the issue.
    How do you reconcile ONLY a sales and marketing agreement with a FULL takeover, as, in my view, ONLY a full takeover would put HS in a position of full transperancy.

    If HS remains private there is no obligation of transperancy via ASX or other market channels. Anyway, we shall wait for the announcement, hey. Dont really want to drag this one on and on.
