Maybe its rose tinted glasses but the intentions seem like they're in the right place. It's nice to see retail given equal opportunity to buy at $1.10 in this CR. Nobody would have a problem with it if the market price was higher.
Seeing the market price already touching $1.10 is concerning, but I haven't participated in enough SPP's to know if I should actually be concerned. Hopefully TLG can actually raise the $10m in these conditions - I think there's a chance they won't. Time will tell.
