I suspect that there isn't a chance that there will be corp action. LT holders here know that this company is safe from any low ball opportunistic attempts by a BHP type. Why? Familiarise yourself with the Top 20 and the outstanding BOD. Nothing short of $10 will even get a look at the books. I suspect that in the future, it will be PLS that is doing the corp action.
