Coming back to my post, Mavs posts are usually on point as to what is happening, sure time frames drag out, but we are dealling with bureaucracy. I work in recruitment and a license to provide temporary staff can take 6 months... let along a licence to draw oil or gas out of the ground... please have some perspective.
