Sorry for the late reply @Kalice, Imagine if the Commonwealth Bank entered into a partnership with some unknown company which is raising millions via selling tokens in a crypto project to build a financial product for financial institutes. Being that CBA is a top financial institution, I assume many would run to buy into the project via the token sale, thinking that if CBA wants in and looked it over and gave it a big green tick , it must be a goer of an investment as why would CBA get involved otherwise? Now imagine the dismay those investors got when the whole project was a flop and left investors in limbo for years. The potential for some kind of action against CBA at some point could exist.
