The Winter of my Discontent must be ending..........

In approximately two months, STM will release an initial Mineral resource estimate for Bramaderos based on drilling results up until the end of September.
This will be an initial estimate and there will be subsequent upgrades to come - and an initial resources for El Palma in mid 2023.
The drills have not stopped turning.
Some drilling capacity has been re-deployed on new targets near Alba/Brama and El Palma.
CEO has indicated in past announcements that he hopes to deliver new discoveries at targets adjacent to Bramaderos and El Palma.
Drilling of these targets is currently under way.
The market Cap is a desultory $80m and they have $19m (in cash and investments at the end of September).
This implies an enterprise value of $55-65m.
IF they announce an initial mineral resource of a million oz gold equivalent, the market should re-rate nicely.
IF its more than that, then a bigger uplift would seem logical.
Given that the stock peaked at 12c earlier this year, there is potential for multi-bagger returns.
The biggest obvious risk to a strong rebound in the share price would be a collapse in the gold and copper price.
Given the state of global financial and currency markets, the downside risk to STM's commodities seems limited.
The takeover of Cornerstone by Solgold may also put the spotlight on Sunstone......
