The number of shares was so low that the buyer is not listed as a top owner. I wrote to the company, but I think they will not tell me anything. It may be related to the "transformative year" but at this time, it would need a lot of speculation and guessing. I do not think that the deal was approved by the directors because of their stupidity, as it almost looks now. They wanted to please somebody, but for what for the company? There needs to be a reason not told us. But it is fun to ask them and most likely get nothing like an answer.
