Let's say a tall, well dressed fellow in a suit representing RIO Tinto knocked on our front door with a cheque book in his hand (if indeed there is still such a thing).
We have tea and maybe some biscuits. He enquires politely "would you like to sell?"
What reasonable number would you expect, should be attached to the SP for him to walk away as a happy chap,
