    Not sure if this is just coincidence and I am jumping the gun again. However, Value Investment is our Colombian partner and Veolia which holds Suez and in turn Zeelung doesn’t do decentralized MABR.
    18,000 households for a decentralized treatment just re-enforce the DEWAT movement momentum.
    Hope we are involved and may raise this to Tom at the 4C update this month end.
