Agree need to see more of the details first.

Initial thoughts are largely positive.
2 founder lead businesses coming together.
Both will have substantial scrip to keep them motivated.
They will gain ownership of their insurance subsiduary as well which reps Allianz.
The raising of capital via the institutional placement will now allow some small fund managers to gain a foothold in a much larger group.
We should see some increased liquidity over time as well which will allow it to be a palatable investment for managers if they know they can exit when needed.

This has the potential for Camplify to sew up Europe as one of the dominant players when they have already locked in Australia/NZ.
Camplify would also be looking at the cross border travel of customers (particularly Germans) travelling to Australia/NZ and seeing some of the large bookings they are picking up in NZ at the moment off the back of international customers returning.

Not to worried about the website traffic numbers for PaulCamper.
It's a seasonal drop and Camplify are also seeing it on their Camplify.co.uk and Camplify.es websites so not unusual.
