bro, if i'm reading this correctly.... they just straight up called us retail folk out. If 25% of the vote is against the remuneration report (res 2), then they spill the board with the adoption of resolution 3. They are literally giving retail the opportunity to put their votes where there mouth is.... pretty decent of them....
then they have to be re-elected.....which means that we averge joes would need to find or vote on suitable replacements.
