As I understand it, a great many institutions, agencies, and medical professionals are compelled by policy or regulation to follow the guidelines set by the CDC.
In other words, until the CDC recommends IGRA testing for TB, they are compelled to use the TST. They have no choice.
Under such a scenario, a change in the CDC guidelines is very significant for Cellestis indeed.
