    problem with "immediate action" is that we are currently at the mercy of an external party...

    The whole process has been far overdrawn... but I am hopeful that the "within October" announced recently can be adhered to.

    We will know either way then... we either have funding and set to development toute de suite, or we start looking for alternative funding...

    its the limbo that is painful. I have another holding having TO DD undertaken and another under TO offer.... the result is fine, but the wait - argh!
