Over a period of 10+ years a company's management is primarily responsible for the share price, and more importantly, the market capitalisation. Anyone trying to tell otherwise is selling Disallowed.

Current VMT management has been in place for 11 years, and the VMT market capitalisation is about $100m. People might spend days and weeks trying to dream up obscure references to make you believe that everything including the VMT share price is someone else's fault - e.g. the Moon was out of alignment for 10 years, birds were migrating the wrong way in the northern hemisphere over a 10 year period, if you reverse the performance of the ASX over 1 year, and then divide it by 150 and then square it you can see it's not their fault over 10 years, or, the VMT share price is negatively correlated with the yield on crops sown by a small tribe in a remote part of the Amazon. That is what I have been reading here for a while. This is extraordinary nonsense.

How about, this - VMT is into e-bikes: it is a huge opportunity in a fast growing global sector, with tailwinds for years - COVID helped EVs, climate change policy, government subsidies, consumer and investor interest (in the sector), all the ducks have been aligned for years. Current VMT management had been trying and failing on a lot of things for years and finally got a lucky break with a move in a hot sector. How much value has been created in the last 10 years? I'm not saying it's not going to work out well in the end, I'm just trying to keep focus on what this actually is, not what it isn't.

VMT management are no supreme geniuses, they are just a bunch of punters having a decent crack, it's going pretty well recently in terms of production, sales and revenue, after a lot of trial and error, and the market is judging them a certain way over a 10 year period.

Folks lets try to stick to the facts (the market cap) and general reason.

    Cheers
    HB
