@shanaenae, I see your point, but isn't it normal to increase remuneration for more senior roles and responsibilities?
Sure, in an ideal world, they could delay the increases until they are profitable but "if you pay peanuts you get monkeys".
Given the costs of the platform have all but been spent and more and more professionals are on boarding, the next few quarters should show a turn around and the revenue numbers can climb very quickly. IMHO.
However, the volume on screen is non existent. Will look to accumulate on overall market weakness. Sentiment is buy.
