HIO hasn't burned any investor capital as of yet. They have used it to progress the project, and done so well.
No mining company outside of energy and energy related sectors will be exempt for the short term.
And off course they are not giving timelines. Do you know when and how the war in Ukraine is going to end? When China will withdraw its Covid policies? When the energy crisis ends? When inflation will be reigned in?
No? Neither does HIO!
And they have been and continue to be fully accountable with investors to be able to vote on any proposal, on directors and on numerations.
And no they didn't miss "a small window"...They got overrun whit what is probably the worst financial situation since the GFC, its more like they have thit the one small window they can't get finance!
Who knows what the share price and market cap will do in the near term. But its purely an artifact of the kin of flawed thinking you are showing here.
