Not sure about the accuracy of this but it does make sense as Sarawak is obviously the place to be for producing alloys. I can give no link as the information was given privately. I've tried to find some news about it on the internet, however at this stage I cannot confirm it. If its true then the expansion by Pertama will be huge.
"Malaysia’s Sarawak state government signed an MOU with AML’s Pertama Ferroalloys to expand its manganese alloys and ferrosilicon smelter. The new investment is for around $600-million. "
