Every retailer is significantly underpriced assuming they are going to report lower sales and lower profits. Also P/E should be higher now as interest rates are higher.
That said, ADH does seem way underpriced compared to a lot of peers, if they are ahead or within their target range when they update it on Friday we will see a big rally, otherwise it could easily drop a lot lower.
