I said if phone accounts do not get renewed. As in accounts at telecommunication providers.
If 20million phone accounts suddenly dropped to 18million and no reason was given for the lack of renewal and no new accounts appeared anywhere else then you would suspect that it's a bit odd that 2,000,000 people no long need a phone.......................... or that perhaps they are DEAD.
