By the same token, if they can get a buyout at a good price, management and shareholders would be happy for the quick return on capital that could be deployed elsewhere. IPO price was $2.75? It would be a bit of a fail if they sold out lower than the IPO several years later after growing transactions, merchants, bendigo bank deal etc. So hopefully they are strong, but reasonable with demands, and achieve value for shareholders.
